After cleaning and toning, dispense a dime to a nickel sized amount on the center of your fingers (not on palms of hands). Using the full length of your fingers, pat the sunscreen evenly on slightly damp skin to create a shield from the environment. Do not rub in. Goes on white to ensure even application and dries transparent. Apply every 2 hours if sitting by a window or outdoors and immediately after swimming or sweating.
