As the last step of your morning skin care routine, dispense 1/4 tsp on the center of your fingers (not on palms of hands). Using the full length of your fingers, pat the sunscreen evenly on skin to create a shield from the environment. Do a final sweeping motion to ensure even application. Do not rub in.
